Bucarest

One more time hanging around middle east...this time in Romania, with the feeling that it is not so far away from all the surroundings already visited! One complete day walking around the city gave me a nice impression of the capital with a finest architecture and in the same time a urban map quite 'Russians' with huge large avenue. People seems to like talking with the foreigner even if they don't smile.
I liked the history museum with a piece of a huge roman pillar project that wanted to be a copy of the one in Rome but have been abandoned. So, I did not so anything about the revolution post-communist, only the square of the 26th December 1989.
Bad point: I guess we are still near to the M-E way of swindle about the prices...
Many french people visits this city and many Romanian speaks french.
Here the language seems to me a mix between Latin and Slavic sounds...
